What is the Venetian trowel?

Venetian trowels feature a highly flexible blade with rounded corners and an excellent polished edge profile. Our trowels are manufactured by the traditional Italian company Pavan Ernesto and Figli S.p.a. and by 3M Italia. They have specialised in this type of tool. Thanks to the special INOX alloy, our Venetian smoothing trowels are particularly suitable for compacting Stucco Veneziano, Stucco Marmorino and other lime pressing techniques. This alloy prevents the dreaded traces of metal abrasion. The processing quality of the weld spots has been tested using the modern X-ray method. In addition, the ergonomic handle ensures pleasant comfort when working. Thanks to the metal shaft, our Venetian smoothing trowels can also be heated without any problems. The blade and shaft are securely connected.
