Punic wax – transparent
Saponified olive oil with beeswax to protect against acids, for high gloss polishing and for glazing.
Punic Wax – transparent, liquid or paste-like
Recommendation for use:
- Punic Wax is used to treat lime surfaces such as Stucco Veneziano, Marmorino and the other marble plasters, and to polish them to a high gloss. The surfaces can then be wiped with a damp cloth and still remain permeable.
- Use for the production of waterproof surfaces in wet areas
- It is available in a liquid form for application with a sponge and in a paste-like consistency for application with a Venetian smoothing trowel
- Up to 2% (by weight) of pigment powder can be mixed into the liquid Punic Wax to create a glaze and achieve beautiful effects. Click here to see an example.
Usage:
1 litre is enough for approx. 25-30 m² depending on the structure and absorbency of the substrate.
